Official Terms of ZM Hosted™

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By activating an account or using any service provided by ZM Hosted™, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This is a legal contract between ZM Hosted and the User. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain server stability, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting of any illegal, copyrighted, or pirated content (Nulled scripts).
• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) or hosting mailers.
• Running DDoS attacks, Phishing sites, or Crypto mining scripts.
• Any activity that causes excessive server load or disrupts other users.

3. Uptime & Backups

We guarantee a 99.9% Network Uptime. While we provide automated backup tools (JetBackup/Free Backups), the user is solely responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups. ZM Hosted is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure or user negligence.

4. Payments & Terminations

All services must be paid in advance. Renewals are generated 7 days before expiry. Failure to pay within 3 days of the due date may result in automatic suspension. ZM Hosted reserves the right to terminate any account found in violation of our TOS without prior notice.

5. Domain Registration

Domain names are non-refundable once registered with the central registry. Users must provide accurate WHOIS information as per ICANN regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your domain does not infringe on any trademarks.
