2. Eligibility for Refund
2.1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our web hosting /reseller / master reseller/ alpha reseller hosting plans. If user have any technical issue with our server and we unable to resolve the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Items
3.1. Domain Registration
Domain registration are non-refundable. If you choose to register a domain through zmhosted.com.
3.2. Setup Fees
Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. These fees are charged for the initial configuration and setup of your hosting services.
3.3. Add-Ons and Additional Services
Any add-ons or additional services purchased beyond the standard hosting plan are non-refundable.
3.4. Server
No returns or cancellation policy for: VPS, dedicated servers, Domain names and server licenses.
3.5. Web Hosting Website Design / Server Setup
No refund once work done.
3.6. Free Premium Theme / Template
If you receive any premium theme or template with a reseller plan and later cancel your reseller hosting and request a refund, a fee of Rs. 500 will be charged for the theme.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1. Contact Us
To request a refund, please contact our support team via info@zmhosted.com within the first 30 days of your subscription. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request.
4.2. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Termination and Cancellation
5.1. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your hosting service at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you will be eligible for a refund according to our money-back guarantee.
5.2. Termination by ZM Hosted
KatHosting.com reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion. In the event of termination by us, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your hosting service, if applicable.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
