At ZM Hosted™, we strive to provide a world-class hosting experience. If our services do not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent refund process. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our valued clients and our operational infrastructure.

2. 3-Day Money Back Guarantee

New hosting accounts are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 (three) calendar days of service activation.
  • Applicable only to Shared, WordPress, and Reseller Hosting initial purchases.
  • Not applicable to service renewals or subsequent billing cycles.

3. Strictly Non-Refundable Items

Following items incur irreversible costs and are excluded from our refund policy:

  • Domain Registrations/Transfers: Once processed with the registry, domains cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Setup & Migration Fees: One-time professional service fees are non-refundable.
  • Administrative/Control Panel Licenses: Any 3rd party license costs (cPanel, WHM, etc.).
  • Abuse Policy Violations: Accounts terminated due to spam, phishing, or TOS violations forfeit all refund rights.

4. Professional Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, please open a formal Billing Ticket through the ZM Hosted™ Client Area. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the transaction.
